exclusive economic zone "exclusive economic zone" means the exclusive economic zone of Malaysia, as proclaimed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong vide P.U.(A) 115/80, being an area beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea of Malaysia and extending to a distance of 200 nautical miles from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured and where the limits of the exclusive economic zone are modified and altered in accordance with the provisions of any written law relating to the exclusive economic zone, the exclusive economic zone shall mean the exclusive economic zone as so modified and altered;
